• Catch 10 Ethereal Fish

Step 1: Explore the Volcanic Vents & Upgrade Your Submarine

First of all, you should use your submarine and explore all the volcanic vents. These events require 4 things to enter. These are:

1. Fire Crystal
2. Inferno Hide 
3. Infernal Iguanafish 
4. Blisterback Blenny

After collecting these items, you should go back to the volcanic vents and return these items to receive more helping tools. These tools include:

• Glimmerfin Suit (Level 1)
• Heat Upgrade for Your Submarine

It is the point where the tunnel of Mariana’s Veil always remains open. You must try to collect unique Magma Leviathan fish, which will help you in the journey.

Step 2: Travel to Challenger’s Deep & Upgrade Your Submarine

In this step, you should respawn your submarine and go back to the main tunnel of Mariana’s Veil. Next, you should move deeper to reach the Challenger’s Deep.

When you reach the challenger’s deep, you need to collect these 4 items.

1. Ice Crystal – Located in a cave to the right of the main dock.
2. Cryoskin – Found within the icy caves.
3. Polar Prowler – Located in the Ice Lake at the back of the cave.
4. Glimmerfin Suit (Level 1) 

You will find Ice crystals on the right side of the cave. And, when you go deeper, you will also find the other three items.

Tools Upgradation

Now, you have to go back to the pedestal near the cave entrance and submit all your collected items there. In return, all your tools will be upgraded. These upgraded tools include:

• Glimmerfin Suit Level 2
• Submarine Ice upgrade

Step 3: Explore Abyssal Zenith & Unlock the Deep Upgrade

At this point, you have to respawn your newly upgraded Ice submarine from the dock and go back to the main tunnel. Then you have to go deep until you reach a point, Abyssal Zenith.

Once again, you need to collect 4 items at this stage to return them to the main tunnel and upgrade your material. These 4 items include:

1. Abyssal Bearded Seadevil
2. Voidglow Ghostfish.
3. Angler’s Lantern 
4. Glimmerfin Suit (Level 2) 

You will find Abyssal bearded seadevil and Ghostfish from the Abyssal Zenith Lake. But to get the Angler’s Lantern, you have to feed an Orca or The Kraken. When they fall asleep, then you can get the Angler’s Lantern.

Now, you should submit all the collected items at the pedestal and get the upgraded tools.

• Glimmerfin Suit Level 3 
• Submarine Deep Upgrade.

You must also catch the Crowned Anglerfish from the Abyssal zone.

Step 4: Enter the Calm Zone & Solve the Puzzle

Now, you have collected all the essential materials and passed the challenges to unlock the door. So, you must head to the calm zone and use all these tools to unlock it. 

You must have these fish when entering the Calm zone.

• Frozen Leviathan 
• Magma Leviathan 
• Crowned Anglerfish 

After collecting these fish, move forward and complete more tasks. You should move in your submarine until you find a green seaweed bottom.

Find the Entrance and unlock the Gates.

After you reach the calm zone, you have to go forward to find the entrance. Once you get the  X: -4309, Y: -11216, Z: 1936. You should keep walking. Then, you will get the hobby. Then, you must use the advanced gliders and three secrets to open the calm zone gates.

You will find the rod but still can purchase it as you have to complete the challenges of Veil of Forsaken.

Solving the Chess Puzzle

Next, you will have to go to X: -4287, Y: -11175, Z: 4000, and then move the chess pieces. When you place the right chess piece, it will shine green. You will have only 1 minute to complete this puzzle.

Overcome Boss Battle and Defeat Scylla

• After completing the puzzle, you have to jump into the portal. A timer will be set for you to prepare for the fight with the boss, Scylla.
• The only way to fight with the boss is to keep moving in the game. In this battle, you have to collect 3 prices for crafting a ballista.
• Next, you should go back to Ballista Blueprints and collect your weapons. 
• Now, target and craft a ballista to kill the boss. When the boss is dead, the gates of the veil of forsaken will open forever.

Step 5: Complete the Bestiary and Obtain the Rod

In the last step, you will enter the veil of forsaken. It appears before getting the rod. At this point, you have to complete the bestiary by collecting all the fish. Moreover, you don’t need Scylla at this point to complete the bestiary.
